TWTC confirmed that they are actively working on it with a master ticket open and that it looks like a T3 has been impacted. no ETR yet as of 20 minutes ago

Our T1s came back up around 9:45am eastern (we haven't received confirmation from TWTC that the problem is officially considered resolved yet though)
