Potential fiber cut in Metro Atlanta / Suwanee
We are seeing full outages across our XO and CenturyLink lines out of the QTS Suwanee facility. We've heard they both may be related to a large Zayo outage/cut. Does anyone else have infrastructure in this area or with these carriers that has any additional information? We are working with the carriers and facility to get more details. Thanks, Joe

No worries hope things are going well! XO/CenturyLink connectivity is still completely down out of QTS Suwanee. Our networking team was able to push our traffic over a physically diverse fiberlight loop that we literally just got online out through the carriers in another facility. The outage started at 4:08pm Eastern so it's a lengthy one. We still haven't gotten much concrete information from CenturyLink or XO about location/ETA. Just in from Zayo. Dear Zayo Customer, OSP has shot the OTDR test and is seeing an issue at 3169 feet from the 56 Marietta location. They have also located an area which appears to have been dug up and recovered. They are investigating further. Oops Dear Zayo Customer, Our OSP have completed their initial investigation into the damage and found that construction crews have drilled anchors along a 300ft section of a 432ct Zayo cable and into the Zayo manhole. Because of this, the extent of the damage is currently unknown. One fiber crew is currently dispatching to pick up a reel of 432ct fiber and spare conduit. Currently we have no ETR.
