Some users across multiple states reporting issues with Jabber. Aug 14, 2017 7:18 PM UTC · Identified - From 18:36 - 18:42 UTC, a network issue was experienced in one of the WebEx data centers. This led to a small number of CMR participants to drop from their ongoing meetings, and Messenger users to disconnect and reconnect. WebEx meeting users may have experienced a delay in accessing or joining their meetings during this time. Cisco has addressed the network issue to restore meeting services. Messenger services are actively being restored. Updates will be provided once this is completed.
