My iPhone using TMobile just changed its timezone to GMT. I haven't had any noticeable issues with my service related to Level 3 issues in the upper Midwest, but I bet this is somehow related.
Weird. Mine's still on -5 in Chicago proper, which seems to be ground zero for most of these level3/time warner issues.
