We were affected as well, but not just with sites in Georgia. A charter site in Missouri had reachability issues for any destination traffic that passed through charters network in Atlanta. For example we had trouble reaching a site in New Orleans with SLFiber(Uniti) that the traffic exchange occurred at TELX(TIE) in Atlanta. Here is a history of our drops, issue started early this morning. For the last 1.5 hours things seem OK. When I called into the NOC earlier they listed many states that were affected, said their core backbone team was involved along with Cisco, so I would venture a guess of some core gear in Atlanta having issues affecting regional and national routing in various ways.
