On a Teams call with a colleague in Halifx, and a colleague in Montreal, and we all got dropped off at the same time, and we all lost connection to Outlook. Teams came back after a minute, Outlook took about 15-20 minutes. -- mike tatroe mike@carterhaugh.net

I've had problems reported by users from the East Coast to the West Coast.
