Looks like a well-aggregated section of fiber got cut somewhere in the Corpus Christi TX area yesterday right around 5PM CST. A client of mine has three XE links still down at the moment, no ETR to my knowledge.
Just got an update: the broken section appears to be in or under a power company vault with exposed live power in it. Crews are having to coordinate another way to approach the repair. On 2/14/18 8:39 AM, Pete Templin via Outages wrote:
