Neustar CallerID Name Database?

Anyone know what's going on with them the last few days? We have a few dozen customers who have had their caller ID name changed as of a few days ago, Monday or over the weekend probably, but their support is ignoring our questions on what's happened. My guess is something happened during a database maintenance but like I said, they won't answer our questions.
