on Cogent for the last few hours, we're seeing high (90% in some cases) packet loss on some paths from EU to US, problem seems to be between Frankfurt and Amsterdam according to traceroutes I've had a ticket open with Cogent but they haven't posted an issue on their status page. Is anyone else seeing similar problems? Mark
