I'm seeing Twitter, when I click on my Mentions link tonight, jump to "I'm sorry; that user doesn't exist!" Clearly, something's wrong. :-) People on my follow list, which I *can* still reliably load, are speculating that this might be related to the continuing rollout out "Activities" ("Dude; we know how much you like to twitter, so we put a twitter in the corner of your twitter so you can twitter while you twitter!" :-) Corroboration and explanations welcome.
