We have several legacy Uslec/Paetec customers affected in Florida, we have been unable to find out what is wrong but we were given Master Ticket #1213-178. If anyone hears anything about cause and ETR please post here, I will do the same. Our MPLS services in WI and IL are find, but we can't make any outbound calls, though inbound is working. If you call their NOC you just get the option to leave a voicemail because call volume is so high.
