All, We received an alert that one of our links for Comcast at Halsey Street in Newark, NJ went down at 00:58 EST this morning. They identified that construction crews cut a fiber cable. It is now 09:10 and the issue still persists. That’s interesting, we didn’t see a flap on our Comcast ports at Equinix NY1 at 165 Halsey Street. The fiber cut is for our local-market equipment and doesn’t affect the backbone at all.
