Cogent ports in San Francisco and Oakland became black holes at ~4:40PM PDT. They are currently only advertising 110 routes as their full tables in that area. Around 5:58PM things with Cogent certainly got worse. I've since pulled my Bay Area traffic from their network.. they have a routing loop of some sort at the moment.
