Wave has had an outage for transit and possibly other customers at 365 Main in San Francisco for 5 hours now. Latest update is: "We are still awaiting on a technician to get out on site to troubleshoot the device that is down. Unfortunately we have no ETA for the tech to arrive or for services to be restored."
