I have gig service to XO in Minneapolis. I'm having problems with some websites, and no problems with others. www.internetpulse.net shows major latency from XO to several other providers. Anyone have any additional detail? Master ticket? Estimated repair time? My Philly circuits appear to be coming back up. I'm on the phone with Xo now. XO began advertising way too many prefixes, a few hours ago. Most likely tripping most of their peers max-prefix limits.
