Windstream voice outage

Looks like Windstream is having a big outage at the moment, looks like it started around 12:48pm Central time. We have no inbound service to one of our campuses (Evanston IL), but outbound works. Inbound and outbound works on our other campus (Chicago IL). -- Julian Y. We were told that root cause looks like equipment failure in Philly and that everything should be back up as of at least 30 minutes ago or so. Official post mortem doc will likely take a couple of days to come out, but everyone should engage their account reps to get a copy. -- Julian Y.
