Anyone else down? NA46 here and it's unresponsive past the login screen. Cannot access our sandboxes either (CS77). Nothing on their status page yet.

Has anyone reached out to Salesforce yet to confirm this issue is theirs and is being worked? I have a client confirmed to not be able to reach Salesforce domain. Seems like Spectrum is the culprit. We are getting reports of spectrum users not being able to connect to our application in AWS us-east-1.
