Sorry I didn't think to report here earlier. Yesterday about 5:06 PM Central, an "upstream carrier" outage has been affecting traffic to TNS's Ashburn facility. The impact to me is loss of diversity for my SS7 connectivity. I assume others with other services are having issues as well. I assume it's not just me, given that it's an "upstream carrier".
