
Anyone have any knowledge about the Sepctrum outage in Avon, Brownsburg and Plainfield Indiana? I have offices who have been down all day and I cannot get through to tech support, all they have is a pre recorded message that they are aware of the outage. Hopefully maybe someone has some info on this. not specifically. I am also a charter customer, and they had a total service outage for about a half hour tonight. the recorded status message said they were doing "network upgrades". it's back up now, but I have not gotten a call about an all clear. regards, J
