
One of the Vitelity's Upstream carriers is having an issue with their power in their data center and apparently the backup generators are failing as well. Vitelity NOC looks to be at least partially located in Colorado and they are affected by the blizzard. Their NOC IVR option appears to be going to a ring group cell phone voicemail.

They are owned by Onvoy, which has a major outage in Denver.
