ATT Packet Loss in Southeast

We are seeing packet loss to/from almost all of our clients on ATT VDSL, DSL, and gigapower connections throughout the southeast. MIS seems fine. Has been this way most of the day. -- -- Doug Roberts Doug@DougR.com 877-358-9390 (24/7 Support Desk) 251-589-6202 (Mobile) 480-725-9919 (Phoenix) 251-308-1333 (Fax) robertsdoug (Skype)

Same here. Over 200 US locations were affected. We're starting to see them clear up as of 10:15pm CT. -Raymond Beaudoin On Mon, Jan 2, 2017 at 10:13 PM, Doug Roberts via Outages < outages@outages.org> wrote:

Same here, we use a Level 3 DNS as one of our IPSLA responders and we saw issues between about 4:45 and 5:30 getting to it. I guess the moral of the story is use Google's DNS instead :) Greg Dickinson Network Engineer | Bryant Bank O: 205-917-2407 C: 205-234-6427 www.bryantbank.com<http://www.bryantbank.com/> From: Outages [mailto:outages-bounces@outages.org] On Behalf Of John Barbieri via Outages Sent: Monday, January 02, 2017 11:16 PM To: outages@outages.org Subject: Re: [outages] ATT Packet Loss in Southeast I live in Alabama, and I noticed there were issues getting to some Level3 IP addresses during this time from my ATT DSL connection. We are actually using Google's DNS and issues there too. Mainly packet loss regardless of the destination and VOIP calls being very choppy. -- *Doug Roberts* Doug@DougR.com 251-308-4040 (Mobile) 228-254-3035 (Biloxi) 850-361-3300 (Pensacola) 334-344-6929 (Montgomery) 251-308-1333 (FAX) <http://cytranet.com> CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: The contents of this e-mail message and any attachments are intended for the addressee(s) named in this message.
