Seems to be a known issue, when visiting pnc.com I get a message titled “Repairs in progress” saying “While we're fixing the problem, you can still sign on to Online Banking and other services below.” https://www.onlinebanking.pnc.com/ does not seem to be effected (or at least does not have an error page up). Looks like they are blocking ICMP at their edge, my trace ends up at the same path as yours.
