Level3 / CenturyLink Voice Outage?

Seeing issues with no inbound traffic back from Level3's Dallas metaswitch. Outbound calls initiate but the session never gets setup. Going on for about 15 minutes now. No issues with data traffic. Curious if anyone else can confirm.
