On noticing a some VPS hosted at CloudShards, and Cloudshards main site being down, it seems there might be a wider outage with the provider QueryFoundry https://whois.arin.net/rest/net/NET-162-220-24-0-1 AS12179 AS35916 AS174 AS62638 Traceroute isn't giving me any useful information as to upstream of that netblock. Are there are upstream providers who recognise the names and can indicate what the problem might be? thanks Paul

service was restored about 08:30 GMT today (20170118), having dropped at 19:30 GMT yesterday (20170117) according to our external monitoring. I note that the VPS we have there wasn't rebooted, it looks like it was just a network issue rather than someome temporarily pulling the plug on the entire operation.
