Charter Communications in Medford, OR
Charter Communications is currently having an outage in Medford, OR. Best I can confirm is that it is affecting many fiber, and possibly some coax customers. I'm pretty sure *nobody* is clueless enough to run BGP over a cablemodem. ;)
