FairPoint NNE / Cogent outage
Looks like FairPoint NNE (serving ME, NH, and VT) is having trouble again with their peering with Cogent. I see significant packet loss between Cogent and FairPoint. This is a repeat of the event on July 3rd. FairPoint has been notified by a couple of their customers (not sure how they handle these kinds of tickets internally). Austin

Appears to be a cut between Concord & Bangor, ME that's causing heartburn and there also appears to be an outage in Amherst, New Hampshire. regards, /virendra
