We have a client in Largo that lost both ATT & CenturyLink MPLS at the same time for ~6a EDT, CL is indicating a widespread outage for FL/TX/CA although we haven't seen any other impact. On Fri, Apr 1, 2016 at 6:55 AM, Neumann, Chris via Outages < outages@outages.org> wrote:

Would you think that this is related to the Frontier take over of VZ facilities in those areas? I have AT&T MIS customers that lost their BGP sessions at the same time. We have seen about 95% of our circuits that were down in CA restored as of about 13 minutes ago. These were all circuits provided by other carriers with VZ being the last mile and or otherwise “in the loop.” James From: Outages [mailto:outages-bounces@outages.org] On Behalf Of Tim Beers via Outages Sent: Friday, April 01, 2016 5:32 To: Neumann, Chris Cc: outages@outages.org Subject: Re: [outages] ATT down Tampa We have a client in Largo that lost both ATT & CenturyLink MPLS at the same time for ~6a EDT, CL is indicating a widespread outage for FL/TX/CA although we haven't seen any other impact.

All services restored on AT&T and VzB MPLS in FL. Still to answer: was this a "fiber *cut*", permanently fixed, or "logical, service *cut*-over btw VzB and Frontier" gone wrong? If the latter - was this backed out, with soon to be re-implemented (with the possibility of same results)? ***Stefan On Fri, Apr 1, 2016 at 8:52 AM, James Laszko via Outages < outages@outages.org> wrote:

I can confirm, same thing happened here. 2 separate circuits in Orange County (both using Verizon for last mile), and they both came back up around the same time as yours did. -george From: Outages [mailto:outages-bounces@outages.org] On Behalf Of James Laszko via Outages Sent: Friday, April 01, 2016 8:53 AM To: 'outages@outages.org' Subject: Re: [outages] ATT down Tampa We have seen about 95% of our circuits that were down in CA restored as of about 13 minutes ago. The Frontier/Verizon cut happened last night/this morning. I'm assuming this outage is related to that.
