Anyone else having issues with Level3 in Dallas? Could go either way. My traces last night showed PL all the way to the target, and a lot of * / !H / destination unreachable. Tonight I still see PL starting at the same point (ae-93-93.csw4.Dallas1.Level3.net), but ICMP to the destination is making it through, and I'm not having connectivity problems anymore.
