Im seeing this as a west coast location so granted ping times aren’t terrible, this is for SIP and RTP so the jitter is killing me. I attached a graph showing the spike. I believe alter.net is a Verizon subsidiary correct? Im seeing Verizon enterprise services.

Do you have any more info that you could provide me to show the issue that you are seeing? SRC and DST IP addresses? Traceroute?

I can pass them onto the net eng teams. (I don’t know if there is a known issue or not at this point, but need more info before passing it on.)
