We have identified the issue on tracker to be related to high disk latency between 300 & 500ms off netapp storage. In addition to this we have noticed buffer overflow. We are still investigating to understand whether this is directed attack or simply bad timing. I apologize for any inconvenience this may caused. regards, /virendra

Update - Friday 30, 2012 @ 8:00pm PST: -------------------------------------- We have been able to get I/O times back down to operable levels and will be continuing to keep an eye on this issue. At this time you should not be experiencing much (read/write) latency off tracker. The root cause (I/O) should be resolved by tuesday at the latest. regards, /virendra -------- Original Message -------- Subject: [outages] [admin] tracker.outages.org update Date: Fri, 30 Nov 2012 13:54:42 -0800 From: virendra rode <virendra.rode@outages.org> Reply-To: virendra.rode@outages.org To: outages@outages.org <outages@outages.org> We have identified the issue on tracker to be related to high disk latency between 300 & 500ms off netapp storage.
