We are seeing issues on various tenets. Slow response causes Outlook to 'not respond'. No connectivity issues suspected as it occurs on different networks and the only common factor is the same mailbox server at Microsoft. Application layer issue not transport related. Interesting. I was experiencing authentication failures on some of my Live/Office365 accounts. Certainly something occurred, just I don’t know what. I am in Los Angeles. Sent from my iPhone

I mean just because you can hit office.com via ICMP doesn't mean there aren't issue. I HATE downdetector (mostly because people see something there and then don't troubleshoot) but it is a quick way to see if others are having issues. Anyway, 1500 reports of issues on O365 in the last 30 minutes. Outlook has 500. Azure has 200. Both Teams and Exchange both have reports as well. Something is happening. - Mike Bolitho On Fri, Oct 25, 2019 at 7:50 AM Stephane Bortzmeyer via Outages < outages@outages.org> wrote:

I certainly know that, like all the people on this list. But because there was zero details in the original message (no description of symptoms, no tests done), it is hard to know if we see the same thing or not.

Short O365 outage, reports of Outlook not responding, from Denver, New Orleans, Atlanta, Miami. From: 7:00 to 7:30am PST, O365 Outage status confirms this. Unable to gather useful troubleshooting info, netflow for MS seems normal during and after outage. -Vinny On Fri, Oct 25, 2019 at 8:03 AM Stephane Bortzmeyer via Outages < outages@outages.org> wrote:

So we're at Office 362 now this year? This is troubling considering how much Microsoft pushes for folks to use the cloud office platform.

50 reported issues/outages within the past 30 days according to: https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home#/servicehealth So we're down to Office 315 over just September/October timespan. -- Christopher Conley Systems Administrator | Fors Marsh Group 1010 N.
