Just went to look up local power outages on the wiki: http://wiki.outages.org/index.php/Power_outage_maps Database error A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was: (SQL query hidden) from within function "MediaWikiBagOStuff::_doinsert". While that error is happening, you can use this link to view the page: http://wiki.outages.org/index.php?title=Power_outage_maps&oldid=7784146 After some clicking on "Random page", it appears that the wiki database is filled with spam pages, which is proved by http://wiki.outages.org/index.php/Special:AllPages

We have successfully added storage to the server to avoid filling of the disk space. We have cleaned the spam that was causing the issue and have taken a new snapshot of the databases to lock it down from spam.
