Hurricane Electric is having problems in Europe which is affecting traffic to parts of Europe and Asia. Their response to us was: One of our carriers is experiencing an equipment issue which is cause traffic to take sub optimal routes. We are making adjustments to compensate.

Your description of the problem is about as informative as theirs ;-) Granted, I've seen far worse... I should know, I worked at HE for 8 years. Jeff On Fri, Sep 5, 2014 at 6:19 AM, Dovid B via Outages <outages@outages.org> wrote:

They refused to give anything more. First they said it was a power issue "somewhere" then they said it was something else. Over all the issue was heavy packet loss. The issue has since been resolved. On Fri, Sep 5, 2014 at 2:42 PM, Jeff Walter <jwalter@weebly.com> wrote:
