Hi, Anyone have a contact at VZ? It seems that any IP in the NYC area that is behind ae203-0.NYCMNY-VFTTP-387.verizon-gni.net is having about 50% packet loss. I did traces from around the world including VZ Europe (AS702) and we see it everywhere. TIA. Dovid

I'm seeing it too (pinging it from Verizon Network in NJ). Been seeing it all day. 1408 bytes from 173.56.2.xx: icmp_seq=1000 ttl=58 time=7.91 ms --- 173.56.2.xx ping statistics --- *1000 packets transmitted, 546 received,* _*45.4% packet loss*_, t*ime 14013ms* rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 7.351/12.169/21.985/3.736 ms, pipe 2 root@OLD:/home/pete# traceroute 173.56.2.xx traceroute to 173.56.2.xx (173.56.2.xx), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets 1 lo0-100.NWRKNJ-VFTTP-308.verizon-gni.net (108.53.156.1) 13.437 ms 13.415 ms 13.659 ms 2 B3308.NWRKNJ-LCR-22.verizon-gni.net (100.41.133.174) 13.396 ms 16.600 ms 13.378 ms 3 * * * 4 * HundredGigE4-1-0-2.NYCMNY-LCR-22.VERIZON-GNI.NET (140.222.236.179) 18.733 ms HundredGigE3-2-0-3.NYCMNY-LCR-21.VERIZON-GNI.NET (140.222.238.11) 17.347 ms 5 HundredGigE3-0-0-0.NYCMNY-LCR-22.VERIZON-GNI.NET (140.222.235.85) 18.076 ms ae203-0.NYCMNY-VFTTP-387.verizon-gni.net (100.41.218.211) 16.201 ms *ae204-0.NYCMNY-VFTTP-387.verizon-gni.net* (100.41.218.213) 14.751 ms 6 * * * 7 * * * Pete Rohrman Stage2 Support 212 497 8000, Opt. 2 On 10/31/22 13:57, Dovid Bender via Outages wrote:
