Hi sourcing from Comcast Business I am seeing intermittent latency issues going to Qwest as well as to HE services. I'm not seeing anything huge other than that. Http://internetpulse.net is showing some minor latency issues as well from multiple carriers (Sprint, Verizon, Internap, NTT). Anyone aware of anything that might be behind these issues?
