We are without Lightpath service in Neptune NJ since around 4. Downdetector for optimum shows a serious local outage: https://downdetector.com/status/optimum-cablevision/map We can't get through to them. Any info appreciated. And oddly enough, Optimum IP services are fine in Morristown. Lightpath does have their own AS and all, so what you’re describing (layer 3 down) sounds plausible.

The town is tearing up a major street for sewer repairs today and VZ is on site, but that’s probably not related. Just a datapoint. :)
