Lighpath down completely NYC / NJ

We just lost our main lightpath connection. Both Lightpath Toll-Free support numbers are going to a fast busy and "Call cannot be completed at this time". Anyone know what's going on? Ryan Abbott Windows Server Administrator Somerset Tire Service 1-732-356-8500 x207

We have a customer with Lightpath IP in Morristown, NJ that's down (and has been down since about 4:05ET.) We have some point to point Ethernet circuits that don't seem to be affected so I'm assuming it's just on the IP side of things. -J On Thu, Sep 17, 2015 at 4:08 PM, Ryan Abbott via Outages < outages@outages.org> wrote:

And oddly enough, Optimum IP services are fine in Morristown. Lightpath does have their own AS and all, so what you’re describing (layer 3 down) sounds plausible. The town is tearing up a major street for sewer repairs today and VZ is on site, but that’s probably not related. Just a datapoint. :) C

We are without Lightpath service in Neptune NJ since around 4. Downdetector for optimum shows a serious local outage: https://downdetector.com/status/optimum-cablevision/map We can't get through to them. Any info appreciated.
