Evidently they are saying all inbound and outbound calling via that platform is impacted. The master ticket was opened at 4:31am CT. For us, our symptoms are as stated below. Our TNs are in area codes in IN, TN, PA, MS, TX, CA, OR, NH are impacted.  Outbound calling and inbound toll free via the same SIP trunks are fine. Uncertain when the problem started.
