That was two (2) days ago, beginning ~noon EDT Wednesday. The outage and subsequent impairment lasted 10+ hours for most users. It's possible there is some residual impairment I suppose. No need to keep this thread going. The original email (from Robbie) was sent two days ago, as can be seen in the headers. The mailing list appears to have delayed the email by a couple of days.
