Is it just their website thats down, or do you have BVN circuits that are down? If circuits, which market? Most of Broadview's markets are acquisition, so if BVN circuits in Phila, PA area are down, its the old ATX network, and so on. For what its worth, Philly appears to be fine. I have a switch in Broadview's Philadelphia POP - its actually in their core Telco room. The switch itself is for some Zayo fiber bridging for a private IP wireless application, but the switch has a plain old public GigE fiber link from Broadview's core for IP access.
