As of 3:15 CST We are seeing ~15% packet loss on 2 TWC MetroE circuits in Wisconsin and lost our BGP transit session in Milwaukee. I'm still on hold but the TWC guy said he was hearing a lot of calls coming in from Wisconsin starting around that time.
