For those who missed it earlier (and it's going on about 5 or 6 hours since the first notice, I think), T-Mobile (a division of Deutsche Telekom), had a generalized outage of most cellular voice and SMS service, though -- some reports said -- not data/mobile web, which they've started to recover from, but they're not at full operation yet. http://ow.ly/z3SM I haven't seen any posting of afteraction stories yet; I'll post em when I do.
