The Five9 Call Center platform is reporting a service disruption for: - Five9 Applications - Plus Desktop Official message:
Five9 technology team received an alert through our monitoring tools concerning one of Five9's infrastructures. Other possible symptoms to look out for are, but not limited to, the following: - Reconnecting message/error - Any plus application instability
To mitigate the issue, Five9 technology team moved the impacted domains out of the problematic server.
This has been raised as a high priority ticket and all hands are on deck in resolving this issue.
