Been having issues loading Instagram on iOS and web. When I check failing requests in my browser their UI is hung due to timeouts at instagram.fsjc1-3.fna.fbcdn.net. Checking the same URL for specific photos/videos via outside servers confirms timeouts and friends on the other side of the country also report issues using Instagram.
