Any folks in the Canadian regions see latency/packet loss ? We have a wide range of customers on rogers/bell etc having issues talking to us. Seems to be fine from the US too, only an issue local to the ISP's in Toronto. We peer with Allstream/Cogent. Thanks, Bobin Joseph
