Apologies for the vague inquiry, but is anyone aware of problems within the European portion of TeliaSonera's network? Issue would have started roughly 4-5 hours ago. The overall experience is TCP packets destined to the below IP experience RTTs ranging between 600 and 4500ms. mtrs aren't of much help since ACLs block ICMP from reaching their destination (80.239.149.29), but based on the last 3 hops, I'm under the impression the routers in Paris are incredibly busy (inducing ICMP de-prio), or some other issue happening. Using http://looking-glass.telia.net/ also shows similar results, though it takes a couple tries due to the nature of the problem.
