[outages] IPv6 version of www.he.net down this morning for us

Did anyone else see that the IPv6 access to www.he.net was down from 2:35 am to 3:33 am? I still don't have an "auto-tcptraceroute6-on-www-failure" so I don't have more details than that the web page was offline -- host was fine. Frank
