Quote: Mediacom says its problem connecting to another company caused an Internet service outage for 30,000 - 60,000 Mediacom customers, including KY3 and KSPR. The outage started about 1:30 p.m. Monday and was still ongoing four hours later. Mediacom said it didn't know how long the problem would last.
