I saw IPv6 access to www.qwest.com <http://www.qwest.com> and www.centurylink.com <http://www.centurylink.com> drop out between 9:54 and 10:00 pm Central, but it’s been stable since then. So outage time frames seem to match up. We maintain QW/CTL IP transit circuits in just about every state, with the appearance of all sites affected, from multiple external (off-net) monitoring facilities. We noticed all former Qwest and current CenturyLink IP transit circuits bounced from 10:53:51 through until 11:03:47 and have noticed intermittent packet-loss since.
