I have 3 EVPL circuits with them in LA that are similarly down. I was able to get a rep to confirm a general issue "in the region". She mumbled about getting lots of calls, so I'm not sure of the blast radius. We are in Thousand Oaks. I hope this isn't another one of those "idiots can't tell the difference between fiber and copper" cuts.
