[outages] Anyone else seeing BGP sessions over HE IPv6 tunnels go up and down?

Anyone else seeing BGP sessions over HE IPv6 tunnels go up and down? It's been happening since 7:36 pm Central. I open a ticket with the NOC via e-mail, but since I've received no response I can only presume that they're in the midst of working through the issue. Frank
